How StickerGo invite & referral codes work
Invite codes — sometimes called referral codes, since that is what this kind of code is usually called elsewhere — are simple in principle and slightly messy in practice. This explains what a code does, why one that worked yesterday might not work today, and how this board handles that.
What an invite code is
StickerGo calls it an invite code. It is a short string an existing StickerGo user shares with someone new to the app, so the new user registers under it.
The reward is on the sharer's side, straight from StickerGo's own Invite Friends screen. As soon as someone registers with their code, the sharer gets 100 Lucky Wheel tickets, 200 if they have Premium GO. Once 5 people have registered under the code and those invitees complete 25 trades between them, the sharer can redeem free Premium GO plus 2 stickers of their choice, gold excluded.
The app's own screen does not state a reward for the person entering someone else's code. Using one is, as far as this board can tell, a favor to whoever shared it.
How to use one
Copy a code from the board, or use the invite link it came with, and register under it in StickerGo.
Confirm it applied by checking the app. A code that silently fails to register is hard to tell apart from one that worked.
Why codes stop working
This board cannot see inside StickerGo's systems, so it has no way to confirm from the outside whether a given code is still valid, has been retired, or was ever exchanged for something already claimed by whoever posted it.
If a code does not apply, show a different one and try again rather than assuming something is wrong on your end.
The weekly reset
Every code on this board clears each Monday at 8:00 AM Eastern.
This is deliberate. The alternative — letting codes accumulate — produces a long list that is mostly dead, where every code is a coin flip. Clearing the board weekly means anything present was added by someone in the last few days.
Whoever is still actively using a code re-adds it after the reset. Codes nobody bothers to re-add simply disappear, which is usually the correct outcome.
